SCIENTIFIC RATIONALE:
In the last two decades, transvaginal ultrasound has consolidated its role in modern gynecological diagnostics, so much so that it has become an irreplaceable tool in the management of numerous pathological conditions. In the field of endometriosis, transavignal ultrasound has radically revolutionized the diagnostic process and management of patients, allowing for an accurate, early, economical and non-invasive diagnosis. We wanted to organize this course by organizing a complete program on a topic of great interest, combining the skills and experience of specialists who for years have distinguished themselves for great clinical experience and communication skills. The theoretical course will be enriched by the transmission of live ultrasound examinations and live laparoscopic surgery sessions from the hospital operating rooms, in order to compare the ultrasound aspects with the anatomical ones.
